Dose Trace keeps separate account and guest spaces, explicit migration choices and local-data erasure. Your medication records stay local unless you separately enable account cloud backup. Signing in alone does not upload them.
Optional cloud backup keeps the latest account copy for explicit restore. You can request readable JSON and CSV attachments at your verified email. Health files are excluded from automatic device backups; keep a current backup if you need recovery.
